Senior Account Manager

Whitman, MA

The Senior Account Manager is a senior-level client service position within the firm’s Innovation practice. The Senior Account Manager is their clients’ first point of contact on a general array of service items, using modern agency platforms and supported by a team of processors. This position is essential to the firm’s growth and retention strategies, and to its overall service delivery objectives.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Engaging with existing clients within an assigned book of business
  • Data collection and analysis at the onset of the renewal timeline
  • Ongoing service such as contract analysis, coverage review, claims advocacy, and endorsements
  • Overall consultative guidance

Qualifications of the Senior Account Manager:

  • Active Property & Casualty License required; CIC a definite plus
  • In-depth knowledge of life science, info-tech, advanced manufacturing, and other emerging / high-tech industries is a plus
